Training Instructors: Two senior IB training officials were invited to provide guidance — Jenny Jin (Jin Yan) and Declan Chen (Chen Zhangwei).

Training Content Highlights: The training adopted the backward design concept of "beginning with the end in mind," with the main content centered around assessment.

Teacher Feedback and Gains: Participating teachers generally felt that they gained a lot, achieving a deeper and more systematic understanding of assessment. They expressed that they would apply the assessment strategies, tools, and concepts they learned (such as multiple assessment methods, student involvement in assessment, feedback oriented toward future improvement, etc.) to their daily teaching, in order to better promote student learning and their own teaching reflection.
